I hate driving with my engine light on. I worry my car will break down in the in the worst traffic with the kids in the car. In the past I've had to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment at other dealerships. But at Mercedes Benz of the Tampa, they are always willing to take me right away. The last time my engine light came on, Dave Z said it was ok that I didn't have an appointment and he would have my car checked right away. He noticed I had a full tank of gas so he decided to check the gas cap. When he noticed it was loose he tighten it and it was enough to turn off my check engine light. He didn't charge me a thing and sent me on my way. I won't make that mistake again. Thanks Dave Z
