My overall experience with Multitech Group, Inc. was satisfactory. The team was able to deliver the project as promised, but there were some minor issues along the way. Communication could have been better, as I had to frequently follow up for updates. However, they were responsive when I brought up my concerns. With some improvements, they have the potential to be an excellent company.
