I have been a loyal customer of MECOM for several years and I must say that their service is average. Although they have a wide range of products and a user-friendly website, their customer support could use improvement. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response to my queries, which is quite frustrating. Overall, MECOM is an okay company to do business with.
