Although I am generally satisfied with my purchase from Kaw Engineering, I was not impressed with their customer service. The representatives I spoke to seemed uninterested and did not provide satisfactory answers to my queries. However, the product itself is of good quality and functions as expected. If Kaw Engineering can improve their customer service, they would be a great company to deal with.
