I recently rented an apartment through lap.co.uk, and I have to say, it was an average experience. The rental process was smooth, but I expected a bit more from the staff in terms of responsiveness and friendliness. The apartment itself was decent, but there were some issues with maintenance and cleanliness. The location was convenient, but not exceptional. Overall, London & Associated Properties could do better in terms of customer satisfaction.
