Edit: They have gotten much better with their customer service. Some areas can still improve, but I now feel like an appreciated customer and not just a number. I'm keeping it at 3 stars for now, but if they keep at it, then I'll re-review.

Original: Takes forever to get even simple answers or quotes. Terrible customer service afterwards also.
