If you are a MUG CLUB VIP you pay about $80.00 a year. Alot of the bartenders never bother to look at your card laying right out in front of you then they give you Beer in the smaller glass when you are to get the MUG for $4.00 not 5.00 on the small glass. Then you tell them after they give you the glass and want it poured in to the MUG and still charge you $5.00 not the 4.00. This happens just about every time I'm her and yes I'm a regular other wise I wouldn't have bought the membership. Megan a bartender has done this many times to me one time she said I thought that was a credit card..ugh membership card is facing you with cash under it .how can I not make it any clearer and it is your job to look at your bar. So BUYING another card next year??? Probably not they act like it is your fault that they don't look at what is right in front of them facing them. Getting tired of this and
A few of my friends have had the same problem. If you notice the owner will only comment on a good review. They have not made a comment on any of the poor reviews. That says alot right there. People who are buying your membership MUG card are having problems I would think you would address this issue with your bartenders since club members are regulars there and buy a card every year
