I recently hired to assist with my AC repair and heating needs. Overall, I found their service to be satisfactory. The technician arrived on time and was courteous throughout the appointment 👍. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and provided a reasonable quote for the necessary repairs. However, I felt that the communication could have been improved. I had to reach out to them multiple times for updates and it took longer than expected to get a response 👎. Additionally, the pricing seemed a bit on the higher side compared to other companies in the area. Nevertheless, the technician was knowledgeable and completed the job efficiently. While my experience was not outstanding, it was average. Considering other options in the future.
