The worst service ever!

The worst service ever!

Ordered a smartphone from Rotterdam to Brussels. I provided the same address I use in the last 5 years and what happens? Delivery failed due to wrong address, the shipment is sent back to the seller. WHAAAAATT???

Luckily the seller refunded, so I ordered again to an other address. Guess what now! Tracking says delivered at 08:16, but actually this cannot be true as nobody was at the delivery location that day. So where is my smartphone? GOT STOLEN BY POSTNL!

The customer service has no more details other than it has been delivered. Excuse me???

Avoid PostNL if you can!
