Question to everyone, if "The Claims Guys" are so ...

Question to everyone, if "The Claims Guys" are so bad who would you suggest i use, i know folks will say do it yourself but i don't want to, I am happy to give 20%-30% to someone if the service is good but looking here it would seem i should avoid them, so other suggestions welcome.
