It was a very pleasant experience. I had an awesome salesman named Rani and he was great. He walked me through all the steps necessary to first decide if i wanted to purchase a vehicle, then once I made that decision, he helped me every step of the way. I can't say it was quick lol because buying a car is worse (as far as paperwork) than buying a house lol. But the salesman and the financial wizard made it as pleasant as possible. I have purchased a vehicle before at Sun Toyota and I have no hesitation whatsoever about purchasing one in the future from them again. Very happy with the vehicle and feel i made some new friends.
