When I tell you I have been with other people buying cars and my experience that I had a Keffer Volkswagen was hands down top of the line. I had been speaking with Marlon via text not really sure if I wanted to jump into another car payment. He was very patient with me and made every attempt to meet me in the middle. When I was ready he put everything out on the table for me so I knew what to expect. Due to COVID-19 precautions I wasn't able to work with Marlon. I had also spoken to Chris the General Sales Manager via that same text exchange and he was right on beat as if he was there from the start. Now I'm coming in and I get the pleasure to work with Miss Dayna McBee. When I tell you she was amazing. She knew everything that we had already talked about. She was able to make changes and not miss a beat. She was honest up-front and just an amazing saleswoman. I am so glad to be a Volkswagen owner again and of my dream car a Tiguan. Thank you all so much and can't wait to continue to build a long lasting relationship with Keffer Volkswagen of Huntersville!
