🍖🔥 The website is easy to navigate and has a great variety of BBQ products. However, the customer service could use improvement. 🤔📞 We had some issues with our order and reaching out to them was a bit challenging. They took longer than expected to respond, which was a bit frustrating. 😞💬 Once we did get in touch, they were helpful in resolving our problem. 🙌🔧 The quality of the products was decent, but not outstanding. Some items were a bit bland and could have used more seasoning. 😕🧂 Overall, the experience was average. It would have been better if the communication was more efficient and the flavors more robust. 😐🤷‍♀️ Despite the hiccups, we still enjoyed our BBQ but will probably explore other options next time. 🌭🍔
