I have been a customer of Itv for several years now and I must say that overall, my experience has been average. The customer service is decent, but there are times when the response time is a bit slow. The website is easy to navigate, but I feel like it could use some improvements in terms of design. The rates are competitive, but I have noticed a few hidden fees on my bill. Overall, Itv is an okay company to do business with.
