I had a mixed experience with First Round Capital. While their rates were excellent and the team was knowledgeable, the overall service fell short of my expectations. Communication was lacking and it often took longer than expected to receive a response. However, when they were able to assist, the support provided was helpful. Overall, it was an average experience.
