I recently used the services of this law firm and I found the attorneys to be knowledgeable and professional. However, I was a bit disappointed with the communication process, as it took longer than expected to get updates on my case. 🤔 It would have been helpful to receive more frequent updates, as it would have provided a better peace of mind. On the positive side, the website was user-friendly and provided useful information about the firm's expertise. Overall, the experience was average. I appreciate the effort put in by the attorneys, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of client communication.
