I recently utilized the services of the river pilots' association for navigating through the Crescent River. The booking process on their website was efficient and the communication was clear. However, I found the overall service to be average. The pilot assigned to our vessel was professional but lacked the personal touch and local expertise I was expecting. The rates were reasonable, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of the overall customer experience. I would consider using them again if there were no alternative options available, but I hope to see enhancements in their service delivery in the future.
