I attended Shorter's CAPP or adult program and to date it is the most unorganized institution I have ever attended. The administrative staff lacks follow-through and an overall knowledge of the way the university system works. They frequently lost documents and mistriaged information that caused delays in scheduling and financial aid processes. I would caution anyone considering attending this university their mission should not be "transforming lives through Christ" but rather "Shorter University, a culture of disappointment."
