Family court along with Cafcass take on false cases from abusive men who chase their victims at court after data breach from councils who reveal their address and serve PSO to women trying to flee domestic abuse without ever reading council report - report says no risk if child is with mother, there is a danger statement about father in childrens services report, yet the court judges ignore the council report issued to them and take on the man's case as a urgent without notice hearing without any evidence of any risk from mother, and get victim mother made homeless at refuge to appear on trial and appoint Guardian to mentally torture mothers who are trying to protect themselves and children making concerns about mother's parenting unecessarily without reading Council report that says there are no concerns about mother or her parenting and mother needs to keep herself and child safe from father - weird!
