I recently booked a vacation rental through this company website and had an average experience overall. The website was easy to navigate and had decent options for rental properties. The booking process was smooth, and I received prompt confirmation of my reservation. However, I was slightly disappointed with the customer service. When I had a few questions about the property, it took several attempts to get a response from the company. Additionally, upon arrival at the rental, a few minor maintenance issues were present. Although nothing major, it would have been preferable if these issues were addressed before my arrival. The rental property itself was as advertised and provided the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was an average experience with room for improvement in terms of communication and property maintenance.
