Overall, I had a good experience studying at UMBC's Chemical Biochemical & Environmental Engineering department. The faculty members were knowledgeable and supportive, and the curriculum provided a solid foundation in engineering principles. The department could improve by offering more opportunities for industry exposure and practical projects. Nevertheless, I believe it's a decent department for aspiring engineers.
