I have been a customer of Dpms group for several years now and I must say their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and the products are of decent quality. However, their customer support could use some improvement. Sometimes, it takes a long time to get a response to my queries and the solutions provided are not always satisfactory. Overall, I would rate them 3 stars out of 5.
