I have been banking with Raiffeisen Bank Aval Lviv Oblast Directorate for a while now and I must say their services are average. While their customer service is good, I have noticed some issues with their online banking system. It can be slow at times and lacks certain features. Overall, it's an okay bank but there is room for improvement.
