I have mixed feelings about Idealdigi. The website, idealdigi.com, is decent but could use some improvements. The customer service is hit or miss, sometimes helpful, sometimes not. The products are okay, but not outstanding. The prices, however, are quite reasonable. Overall, it's an average experience with room for improvement.
