I have previously stayed at The Inn of Waterloo, but don t remember the rooms and service being this brutal.

The checkin process was painless and unenthusiastic, nothing special to report.

Once we got to our room I definitely had to take several double looks because I couldn t believe what I was seeing. The room came with two double beds and the second bed looked like a sinking hole. I laid down on the bed and just completely sunk in, there was zero support. The pillow on this bed had a huge stain on it and overall the way the bed was made looked like the bed had not been changed over.

All the chairs had stains on them and the floors had burn marks and dust everywhere. Does no one do an audit? A walk through inspection? Where s Public Health, because there is no way these are sanitary conditions. My boyfriend told me to complain, but it was one night and I was too exhausted to deal with young individuals at the desk after a two hour drive.

Fast forward to check out morning. I was on my way to a conference early morning and checked out super early to ensure no set backs. Upon checking out and waiting 10 minutes for my invoice the printers were not working so I couldn t get an invoice. The young gentleman tried to take one ink cartridge and put it into another completely different printer, but was having no luck. Realizing how flustered he was I asked him if he could email me a copy, after confirming my email address he said no problem and confirmed it was sent. I assumed there was a delay and I d get my invoice shortly after. When no invoice arrived two hours later I called back to have it resent, but still no invoice arrived. I called back again and confirmed my email for a third time and she told me sometimes it goes to junk etc and I assured her I had already checked my junk prior to calling.

Almost a week later I still haven t received my invoice to submit, but the charges have been posted to my credit card. Not sure what kind of business they re running but it s below par, that s for sure.

Update: email sent to the email listed below for my invoice, still haven t received the invoice. This is absolutely ridiculous.
