They're a great bank in MOST aspects, but there's a few places they REALLY drop the ball. If you intend on using your debit card overseas or to import anything, they will immediately lock your account because their third party security thinks it's "suspicious" even if you have ordered from the SAME place before. On top of that, they have no idea how to fix it until at least a day or two passes and it shows in their system. Keep their ridiculous overzealous security in mind if you decide to use them and DO NOT rely on the money in that account, because they lock it for practically any transaction they claim is "suspicious".
