The compensation advisory services provided by Cheer Danz are okay. They have helped me navigate some tricky situations, but there is definitely room for improvement. I appreciate their knowledge and expertise, but sometimes their recommendations fall short of my expectations. Overall, I would say they are decent, but not great.
