I had a mixed experience with City Integration. While their products are of decent quality and their customer support is relatively responsive, there were a few instances where I felt let down. Their website could use some improvements in terms of user-friendliness and the overall shopping experience. Despite the shortcomings, I would still consider them as a viable option.
