I have been a customer of Quantum underwriting solutions plc for a few months now and I must say that their services have been average. While they have been prompt in responding to my queries, their rates seem a bit higher compared to other companies in the market. I appreciate the transparency in their operations, but I feel that they can improve on their customer support.
