We order from Say Cheese all the time cause their food is really great, but some of their staff is extremely rude. I made an online order and the item description was not entirely accurate so the item came with something I could not eat on it. I called and the person behind the phone who answered was rude and condescending. After hanging up with him I actually began to sob. I'm in my mid-20s and have never been talked to like that by anyone. Called again and someone else picked up and offered to fix the order, but I will never be ordering from them again.
