Paul of the masaryktown branch of Hernando county Florida ( Tampa ) facility has no people skills and will constantly harass you even if your doing a great job.
Lack of safety equipment, tools, fire extinguishers and they have been audited once already.
People using man lifts without safety equipment.
Although cameras are throughout the warehouse someone destroyed a bathroom after it was repaired the entire staff was threatened to lose their job if a hand print was on the wall or the floor got dirty.
Your told by management after being hired through a temp agency that after 3 months you will receive a dollar raise I made it to lead position after 3 months they tripled my workload an still never received it.
Improper tools to perform the job at hand and if you take to long you get fired, if you don't provide a sufficient amount of weight each day you'll be fired.
If you present to Paul someone isn't doing their job properly an you constantly show them how, it still falls upon you and you will be talked to like a child, presented drug abusers, an people stealing stuff without any action taken at all.
Was constantly told by upper management to be mean and aggressive towards staff under me.
When asked to be moved from my lead position was told by Paul I wasn't going to tell him how to run his business when I was told by him if I wanted to be moved 3 hours prior all I had to do was ask.
At that point I quit clocked out and left, seriously considering contacting osha an pushing to get the facility shut down...
Just a complete disgrace all around.
