I was really disappointed with the hotel staffs, especially customer service and lost and found at night shift. I was not able to find my bikini top I left in the room a few hours after my departure, even I have called immediately on the same day after arriving the airport. It is gone and no where to be found, even if I have specifically described where it was hanged.
I am quite disappointed with the quality of the room cleaning staff and the ability to locate lost and found goods are really disappointing. Especially the overall process was really unpleasant. The feedback was really slow, turning me over in between different staffs from customer service to lost and found on the phone. Loose a lot of time and no passion at all to service customer on the phone from night shift.
It was my favorite bikini top but seems like no one really cares about what is important to the guest and wants to find it back.
I will not stay here again in the future and will not recommend to any of my friends.
