The receptionist was so incredibly rude to me, I chose to not go there before even booking an appointment. I called after not going there for a few years and she couldn t find my records, no big deal for me, asked if I could make a new appointment, and she reasked what my first name was, etc like she hadn t even taken in 1 ounce of information I d given her over the last 4 minutes of our call. I told her my pets name and she replies what is that?! I replied I m actually going to find somewhere else to go, I don t feel like I m being taken care of and she promptly hung up. Incredibly rude for a business that usually requires a lot of empathy and kindness. Will never go here again.
