Purchased a Oscar G3 stroller for my sister, used for two months when it started rusting on all the screws and some of the metal parts. She had used it only a handful of times, cleaned it regularly and kept it inside. When she kindly contacted Mark at Edwards and Co she was advised to use Jiff to clean it. This was tried yet did not remove any of the rust. She was asked to send photos through which she did and was then told it was just general wear and tear which would make sense if the stroller had have been older and not looked after properly. She advised Mark this and never received a response.
This is disappointing for an expensive pram and furthermore for no resolution to be made after multiple attempts to communicate the problem.
