Vital home health care is an average company. The service provided was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The caregivers were punctual and reliable, and they did a decent job taking care of my elderly parents. However, there were some issues with communication and coordination, which could have been improved. Overall, I would say that Vital home health care is an okay choice for home care services.
