I had a mixed experience during my visit to the North Side Clinic. The facilities were clean and modern, which was great. However, the receptionist seemed a bit disorganized and it took longer than necessary to be seen by the doctor. Once I finally saw the doctor, they were knowledgeable and personable. I appreciated their thoroughness and attention to detail. Overall, I would recommend the clinic, but suggest they improve their front desk efficiency.
