Great location, rude staff!

Great location, rude staff!
We booked a table from 10-12, ordered coffee and cake, they brought the Coffee after half and hour and no cake! By the time they brough the cake coffee was cold and they brought the bill at 11:20 without is asking for it, rude!
Also they asked us to put the pram outside the cafe and I had to woke my infant and took him out of the pram, it wasn t like there is no room to put the pram in, they just didnt like it!
