I have been using Pulsaqua's services for a while ...

I have been using Pulsaqua's services for a while now and I must say, they have been average. The quality of their products is satisfactory, but there's definitely room for improvement. Their customer service is responsive, but not exceptional. Overall, I would rate them as average.
