I'm a new patient and trying to set up an appointment with the physician. I called the office but got hang up on because the person (front desk) cant hear me eventhough I was almost screaming. I called again, and got an angry tone "Hello" from the other line. I told the lady about my concern and she was just being sarcastic to me and ended up her saying " we cant help you" having an attitude tone and hang up. I called 2/7/20 at 2:40pm. Hope the administrator can trace who that rude front desk person was and tell her she doesn't need to be in that kind of job if she doesn't know and apply being a customer service representative/ front desk. My husband is already a patient there and definitely we are going to find a new and another primary care provider.
