If you are white and conservative do not work here. If you have an opinion do not work here. I was unfairly fired for a SM post. They said I was inflammatory to our client base. Yeah ok I picked people up off the streets in my own car to make sure they got to their new homes. I compiled a new list of properties that would work with us. I never once discriminated against anyone of my clients I loved them all equally. I was fired on the spot. No warning no write up. They wanted me and my opinion out and found a SM post that allowed them to do it. IMAGE OVER MISSION. Beware of Jessica in rapid rehousing if you do your job better than her she will find a why to make your life misserable. And my supervisor couldn't do her job without eating pot brownies all day long
