I recently purchased some tickets for a concert from Gotham Entertainment Group and I must say I was extremely disappointed with the experience. The website was clunky and difficult to navigate, and the checkout process took forever. On top of that, the customer service was rude and unhelpful when I called to ask for assistance. I will definitely not be buying tickets from them again.
