Awesome breakfast place. Great food. Great atmosphere. Lots of good options to choose from. However, I was disappointed with the chicken and waffles. Waffles were fresh and fine, but the chicken was frozen and reheated. A place like this should have freshly battered chicken. The avocado toast is awesome and the pastries at the front deserve a browsing.
