The experience I had with Ccs trans, inc. was overall good. The customer service was decent, but there is room for improvement. The website was easy to navigate and the prices were reasonable. However, the vehicle I rented was not in the best condition. It had some scratches and the interior was not properly cleaned. Despite these minor issues, the trip went smoothly and I reached my destination on time.
