I had a satisfactory experience with Flock Travel. The rates were reasonable, and the booking process was smooth. The customer service was responsive and addressed my concerns promptly. However, there were a few areas where they could improve, such as providing more detailed information about the itinerary. Overall, it was a decent experience and I would consider using Flock Travel again.
