I have been a loyal customer of Auto-Owners Insurance Company for many years and I must say that their service has been consistently average. While they have always handled my claims and payments efficiently, there has never been anything exceptional about their service. The website is easy to use, but it lacks some advanced features that other insurance companies offer. Overall, I would rate them as an average insurance provider.
