I had an average experience with Quantum Mechanical Inc. The website is informative and user-friendly. However, the customer service was not very responsive and it took them quite some time to address my inquiries. The products I purchased were decent, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, I would say that Quantum Mechanical Inc is just okay.
