I have been going to the Winter Haven office for over 3 years. Have no complaints on Jessica Reed APR she is fantastic. The staff has been like a revolving door since Dr Rogers left and Dr Media was assigned to this office. As for the doctor I haven't seen him in over a year. They do not answer phone call and geez they NEVER RETURN calls when messages are left. At this point I have left a message every day for over a week filed a complaint online got a call from a lady said she would take care of and have them call me...still no response. Not a very good way to run a doctors' office.
