I loved this casino! About 6 years ago when I first started gambling this was my go to place! I enjoyed everything about it friendly people, friendly staff, and better yet they PAID! Well tonight my great-grandmother and my Grandma and I went out to gamble! Well tonight we decided to play my grandmothers favorite game of all time the Red Lyons. I sat on the end on closest to the tables and my great-grandmother next to me and my grandma next to her. We played for a good hour when I looked down and realized that my card was blinking. So I called a slot tech over and explained to then how long I was playing and the attendee basically told me "to bad you lost your points" after I had spent well over a hundred dollars in the machine. I was upset she asked if I would like to talk to a supervisor, I said yes please because that is unfair my card was in the machine the entire time! After the supervisor Sharmane came over she was snappy didn't ask how I was doing how she could help just "we don't adjust points talk to camas and walked away" with out even fixing the machine. After I went to camas the nice lady was trying to help me, She called that supervisor over to her, all she wanted her to do was check the machine and see how long I played " she was snappy with her as well and said "well your going to wait, I have four Jackpots" I couldn't believe the way she treated a fellow employee! After standing with the Camas club supervisor for a while waiting for Sharmane to return, I was explaining to her how much I spent in the machine and about how many winning spins I got. Well after waiting over 20 min, the Camas lady went to call her boss to ask for advice on what to do. Sharmane came back with the Slot Tech, and stated I didn't play that machine at all. I was shocked I said " I put over 60 dollars in that machine" even told her who played the machine before me and what they bet. I was so upset I asked for someone above her and she got a Gaming Tech who came over and basically said to bad! I couldn't believe they treated me the way they did. All over points! The guy told me to basically shove it no one would help me. I thought they had to keep track of everything how could you loose or rather not track 60 dollars. The Camas lady was upset with the way I was treated had me fill out a comment card. And put the points back onto my card!
THIS IS WHY YOU ARE LOSING YOUR CUSTOMERS! I LOVED THIS CASINO BUT YOUR UNFRIENDLY UNHELPFUL RUDE STAFF IS UNREAL!.
