Buyer beware after waiting 8 weeks talking on the phone and emails to be sure she knew exactly how we wanted the castings framed we requested a gold and black frame with a photo in the center with the castings on each side of the photo but what we received looked nothing like we ordered receiving a scratched up black frame with no photo when we asked what happened she said it must of been a mix up. But it honestly seemed like she didn't have the time for it. The frame looked like it was found in a junk draw. being our last memento of our daughter my partner was heartbroken in tears. Wound not recommend
