I had an average experience with Comune di casole d'elsa. The website casole.it is informative and easy to navigate. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. They took a long time to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the responses were not very helpful. Overall, I would say the company is okay, but there is room for improvement.
